Brian, this visit began with tots and little steaky things and ended with a drunk man spilling his drink near the window, a foosball table taking your money, and shuffleboard providing very little shuffle. That is more plot than we intend to include with a Sunday family dinner. The foosball table did not technically steal your dollar. It accepted payment and failed to provide the contracted ball, which is a distinction with no practical value to you. The first person you asked should have refunded the dollar and marked the table out of order. Requiring three employees and a busy manager to resolve a one-dollar problem while the room was 25% full was absurd. The kids’ food and shuffleboard should have been in better shape, and a visibly intoxicated person stumbling through the seating area…

Charles, a place to chill, get a drink, and eat some food is exactly what we were attempting to create, so it is reassuring to learn the plan worked. Thanks for the perfect scores across the board!
